1. Inquiry and booking confirmation
Submitting this form is an inquiry only and does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking. A private or corporate group event is confirmed only after Parallel Activity Hub (PAH) confirms the agreed scope, date and commercial terms in writing and any required payment has been received.
2. Cancellation by the attendee / client
Once a workshop or group event has been confirmed and paid for, cancellation by the attendee, organiser or client is non-refundable unless PAH expressly agrees otherwise in writing. If your circumstances change, please contact PAH as early as possible. Where reasonably possible and subject to availability, materials already prepared, group capacity and any price difference, PAH may try to accommodate you at a future workshop or alternative date. This is a goodwill option and is not guaranteed.
3. Cancellation by PAH
If PAH cancels a confirmed workshop or group event and cannot deliver the agreed service, amounts paid directly to PAH for the cancelled service will be refunded. PAH may offer a suitable alternative date or format, but you are not required to accept it.
4. Group size, scope and changes
Final group size, format, duration, materials, location and pricing will be confirmed in writing. Additional attendees, extra materials, overtime, venue requirements, customisation or scope changes may result in additional charges.
5. PAH workshop concepts, content and materials
Commercial-use warning: PAH workshops are provided for the booked participants' creative experience. They are not a licence for another business, event company, workshop provider, agency or individual to copy or commercially reuse PAH's concepts or content.
PAH's original workshop concepts, activity formats, teaching methods, instructions, artwork examples, handouts, templates, photographs, videos, branding, promotional assets and other original material remain the property of PAH or the relevant rights owner unless PAH expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
- You may share genuine personal photographs or videos of your participation.
- You may not present a PAH workshop, activity, material or event as having been created or delivered by your company or another provider.
- PAH content or workshop formats may not be copied, reproduced, taught, sold, distributed, repackaged or used to create a competing or commercial workshop without prior written permission.
- Businesses, event companies, agencies, workshop providers and their representatives must not book or attend a PAH workshop for the purpose of researching, recording, copying or recreating PAH's activity, materials, methods or event format for commercial use.
- PAH's name, logo, images or event content must not be used in advertising or social posts in a way that falsely suggests another company created, owned or independently delivered the PAH experience.
6. Photography, filming and social media
Normal personal social sharing is welcome. Commercial filming, structured content capture, press activity, influencer production, advertising use or content creation on behalf of a business should be agreed with PAH in advance. Participant privacy must be respected. Where PAH wishes to use identifiable participant images in PAH marketing, appropriate permission will be sought where required.
7. Venue, safety and supervision
Unless expressly included by PAH, the organiser is responsible for suitable venue access, permissions, tables, seating, lighting and applicable venue rules. Participants must follow reasonable safety and conduct instructions. For children's groups, appropriate adult supervision remains the responsibility of the parent, guardian or organiser unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Accessibility and special requirements
Please tell PAH in advance about relevant accessibility, allergy, safeguarding or participation requirements so that reasonable arrangements can be discussed where possible.
9. Event-specific terms
A final quotation or written booking confirmation may contain event-specific terms. Where an event-specific written term conflicts with these general terms, the event-specific written term takes precedence for that booking.
